WHAT IS LEADERSHIP GREATER ENID?
Leadership Greater Enid (LGE) is a leadership program established in 1990. It selects, challenges, develops, and educates citizens in the greater Enid area who have demonstrated an interest in local issues. The program is designed to be a series of issue-oriented forums and experiences, which are based on the belief that knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership. Participants are selected on ability, demonstrated interest in their community, and insight for effective leadership.

The course consists of a mandatory two-day orientation and overnight team building retreat, seven day sessions, a two-day/overnight law and government session, and a graduation ceremony. Sessions also include leadership development curriculum.
